Instruction:
KM-5627-3 is a moisture-reactive hot melt adhesive which is High Initial Strength based on polyurethane for lamination of textiles as fabric, sponge. This product has been formulated to give very high initial strength, high viscosity, hydrolysis resistance after composite and feel soft.

Application
Suitable to laminate kinds of fabric with fabric, especially for thick and glossy-surface fabric. High initial and final bonding strength.
Storage
The adhesive have a shelf life of 12months at a room temperature when stored in the original unopened containers. Once opened, containers shall be closed tightly again and the material should be consumed within a short period.
Application formulation
Applied by Gravure roller system or Multple roller coating system.
Suggested coating weight 16-20gsm depending on structure.
